Meditation Class
Meditation is a journey of self-discovery. By making the mind calm and quiet, we can go deep within and discover who we really are. By doing so, we find lasting peace and happiness and learn how to effectively solve our life-problems and realize our highest aspirations.
Meditation can give many practical and spiritual benefits, such as greater peace of mind, better concentration and the ability to relax from the stresses of modern life.
Stretch & Flow Yoga
A deeply calming and restorative class that induces balance and release through a series of postures. Flow slowly through standing and seated postures, holding asanas for longer periods of time. Restorative postures will be sprinkled throughout the class. This is meditative and healing, highly recommended for beginners or seasoned yogis.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is the concentration of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breath control). With ha meaning sun and tha meaning moon, hatha yoga is commonly translated as the “union of opposites.” In this class we will float through a moving meditation of classic yoga postures to restore postural alignment, increase lung capacity, strengthen the body’s muscular system and increase overall flexibility.
