Before entering the relaxation room I had a scratchy throat and was feeling tight chested from my Cystic Fibrosis. After completing a session I no longer have a scratchy throat and my lungs feel more clear, and my secretions have loosened up. I suffer from sleep apnea. After my first visit I went home that night and didn’t use the sleep machine to see if the session helped. It did, and I was able to sleep for 4 hours without the machine. I snored but it wasn’t a gasping for air type of snore — it was a light snore and it has been this way for the last two nights. This place is absolutely great. I use to suffer from chronic sinus problems all year round for the last 5 or 6 years. I have been on all types of prescription medicine with little to no relief. I’ve seen sinus specialist whose only alternative was to give me more drugs. I use to wake up every morning congested and sneezing, but not anymore. To be completely honest, I was a little skeptical. I have asthma and COPD, as well as allergies, and my husband has allergies and gets several headaches everyday.
